• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms
• Practice within your physical limitations and modify poses as needed
• Take full responsibility for your own safety during all sessions
• Inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions during live classes
• Ensure you have adequate space and proper equipment for safe practice

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, and you participate at your own risk. TenZen, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from using our services.

Emergency Procedures

In case of injury or medical emergency during live classes, immediately stop participating and seek appropriate medical attention. Instructors are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice or treatment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TenZen, including videos, text, graphics, logos, music, and software, is owned by TenZen or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Sell, license, or otherwise commercialize our content
• Use our content for training competing services or AI models
• Publicly perform or display our content outside the platform

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and damages.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
